Life is Beautiful

Hi crafty friends,

I am enjoying this lovely weather and crafting. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL if we learn to recycle things. In that way we can save our Earth too. On My new canvas I used lot of metal findings and old broken pieces of toys, springs. I think we all should recycle the things to make our life beautiful and peaceful. Here I used lots of Finnabair products to enhance its beauty. Here is my project:

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you enjoyed my creation. Please leave some happiness in the comments below :)

Beach inspired Mixed Media Canvas

Hi, crafty friends!!!

Hope you are all doing well enjoying the colors of this beautiful season. I am here today to share with you my mixed media project inspired by 'Beach'. I'm living in a beautiful city where you can find beaches everywhere and every time when I used to go to a Beach....the beautiful things lying in the sand always inspired me to create an art. I always had a desire to include those tiny beautiful shells, colorful stones, sand in my art. So here my dream come true...

I made a mixed media canvas using texture paste to create the sand effect. Shells, stones, beads, a bottle of surprise to create a magic and of course sprays. Here are the pics:

I hope you will be inspired by this theme. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and leaving lovely comments! I read and appreciate each and every one of them!

Hugs,
Alpna

Book Card

Hello all crafty people!!!

Hope you doing well and doing your craft projects. Books are always our best friends and my today's project will inspire you to hold your favorite book which will tell your story. Even you can store your small tags or memories in that book.

Here is an interesting idea to make a box card that looks like a book, really great for jewelry storage or gift storage. I wanted vintage look so I used these colors. In this project I used cardstock, pattern papers, lace, walnut stain distress ink, stamps, organza ribbon, tacky tape, glue. Here are the pictures from different angles.

Hope I inspired you. Awaiting for your comments...:)

Tutorial for making Coconut Shell lamp shade

Hello crafty souls,

As festivals are round the corner I know all of us always strive for new inspiration. My new project will inspire you to make a beautiful lamp shade from a waste coconut shell.

Here is the procedure to make the lamp shade. First you to take a coconut and cut it like this:

Then you to scoop the coconut from center with the help of knife and spoon.

Draw the desired design on coconut and make the holes from drill machine like this:

Now put the LED Candle down and on top your lamp shade. Your lamp shade is ready๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Please try this and decorate your home in eco friendly manner.

Don't forget to leave your comments.

Bye,
